With no monthly fees, Specifi is the most affordable engineering solution available in New Zealand. You can design as many engineering solutions as you like, at no cost - you only pay a fee when you submit your designs for Quality Assurance and final documentation.
Specifi allows you to generate fee projections so you know in advance what the costs are for your business and clients will be. Project fee projections can be generated before or after you have designed your engineering solutions, and can be calculated as wholesale prices for your business, or at retail prices for your clients to allow for your project margins.
Specifi accepts payment via credit card, or you can complete a credit application form which enables you to pay on account. All on account invoices are due 20th of the month following invoice.

2. Foundation design assumes that Specifi will be provided a copy of the site specific geotechnical report and truss design identifying line and point loads prior to the design commencing. Dimensioned plans showing the set-out of the slab thickenings and point load pads as required by the truss manufacturer are the responsibility of the Specifi user / designer.
3. TC1 and 'Soft Ground' foundation options include all possible foundation options (concrete, thickened slab edge, waffle, timber and masonry block).

4. Fees allow for CAD details of sections of the walls for each wall type only. No allowance is made for wall set-out or wall elevations. Fees assume the retaining wall is not surcharged by; adjacent structures, additional fill, or retaining walls on adjacent sites. The existing ground level and slopes shown on the architectural drawings are assumed to extend without sudden changes in slope, steps, embankments or other effects in the vicinity of the wall which may affect the design of these walls.
